A 3 round bout of a fighting game like Marvel Vs Capcom 3 should readily reveal the flaws in negotiating skills and egos of the GOP and Democrats . For instance on losing a 3 round bout does one party storm out the room and never want to "play " with the other side again? Or on losing a match do they keep the entire White House playing until they get one bout back . Or do they keep playing past their predetermined deadline? Indeed both parties may be addicted to arguing pointlessessly this would be revealed by them continuing to play the game so long trying to get one up on the other , that this impacts on their real lives , with them losing their jobs , homes , families and generally the respect of all mankind ...after letting the USA default on August 2nd.... At this point one could argue politicians have become as useless as the gaming addicts they often disparage ... addicted to oneupmanship and nothing else , completely lacking any benefit to society at all... in fact your average commonly disparaged gamer may have better negotiating skills , not least thanks to bouts of Capcom beatemups and of course those testing moral choices made during Mass Effects 1 and 2....
Und so ... Mr President and GOP get yourself a Marvel Vs Capcom 3 cabinet or game , set it up , play some 3 round bouts .. and solve or resolve your problems or on August 2nd it will be game over .. no more quaters to put in the slot , and all our bases R belong 2 China ... which they probably do already...
PS I recommend Wolverine , Ryu and ,Spiderman for the Democrats , and for the Republicans I would recommend : Captain America , She Hulk ( very mavericky ) and Iron Man ....
And no a bout of Angry Birds will not suffice in this case where the Fate of a World hangs in the balance , only an ego busting tag team beatemup with the subtitle Fate of 2 Worlds will do ....
So people if you have games in your blood play `em while you got `em ... and send your Senator governor whatever passes for politician in your neck of the woods a copy of Marvel Vs Capcom 3 and get them to duke it before its too late ... the clock is ticking .. and given half a chance they will throw in a few more trillion of your dollars to allow their Fate of the World Threatening Clash of Super Egos to CONTINUE .. come August 2nd!
