I get asked this question a lot , so here is a video to show you how you position and enable touch on both screens of a dual screen tablet.. Which I thought I would chronicle whilst installing Windows 8 on the Acer Iconia 6120, apply the same principals for the Toshiba Libretto or Microsoft Courier ( come on Bill I know you have one.....)
The key is to use screen settings to flip one display whether in portrait or landscape , then arrange the screens so that your mouse moves from one to the other ,by identifying which screen is which and placing using the right mouse button a screen above or to the side .
To enable touch on BOTH screens , you have to go into hardware settings tablet and touch input panel and assign each screen as a touch screen , hitting enter on an external keyboard when prompted , follow the video below and yours will be the world ..my son...!
