App-ocalypse now ? iOS 6 updating millions let go of their Apple devices .. free ...free at last...wait Siri what's for dinner?

'Tis happening now , mine new iPad is updating to iOS 6 .. and it occurs to me this is the first time i and i's iLegion are free of our i Pods Pads and Phones ... whilst we wait for the update .... and it failed already ..time to try again... what 42 minutes ? 42 minutes in which I am free from Apple and iOS .. what will I do with my freedom.. millions like me around the world .. freed from Apple whilst the update occurs ..children will be conceived ... world peace maybe .. maybe we will start talking to the person next to us .. you know without it involving a phone ... maybe parents will put down their tablets and pick up the children they were filming .... maybe you'll stare at that sunset instead of taking pictures on instagram... celebrities will go cold turkey with the loss of twitter.... it's deep man ..what do we do when we are not connected to the iCloud? And soon the fleeting freedom will end as Siri takes over nannying our iLives ..where's an athletic female with a hammer when you need one....
