Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Limited Edition with Raiden Figure in hand .. you know for collectors!

Somewhere in the UK our hero Hideo ( and I hope some of the talent from Platinum) is signing copies of Metal Gear games for fans ... Shame then that the only way to get the Limited Edition was from one source and as it was delivered today , none of us can get the game signed ..still let's check out the UK exclusive limited Edition of Metal Gear Rising Revengeance:

Consider this may be the last physical release for a Metal Gear game  that gamers chose to buy. By the time Metal Gear Solid returns and Raidens follow up to Rising ( Razing?) arrive console gamers will be as used to purchasing digital games from PSN or Xbox Live  as PC fans are with Steam or indeed the iOS and Android generations are from iTunes and GooglePlay....in fact there may. be no more consoles ..

So here for posterity ..and collectors let's record pictorially some of Snake and Raiden's most collectible collectibles . The UK Metal Gear Rising Limited Edition is unique in that we get the exclusive PlayArts Raiden Figure : 

The UK version ( region free for international PS3 MGS fans) shares the same black on white art style of the US Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition ( !)

So Metal Gear comes up trumps again for collectors , this is still one of the most valuable brands to invest in oh and of course enjoyable to play!  Platinum and Kojima combining their respected memes(!) and talents to make games was always going to be cool and Rising delivers cementing Raiden as a fan favourite ..just think how much fans hated on Raiden all those years go in Sons of Liberty...  

Role on MGS 5 , Rising 2 and Bayonetta /Vanquish sequels!...If you meet Hideo and the guys from Platinum  today say hi from me and tell them to keep the physical Limited Editions coming...
