Throne of Darkness vs the Seven Samurai on the Toshiba Libretto and Joojoo tablets

Today thegameveda has been testing that old Diablo meets Any Given Sunday meets Kurusawa 
san epic action strategy RPG Throne Of Blood... sorry Throne of Darkness  !On both the Toshiba Libretto and the joojoo  

The Toshiba Libretto , is quite the most amazing designer pc  , it is the finest dual screen tablet thus far created , take a look at it playing Throne of Blood , and then take a look at it playing Throne of Blood on screen whilst watching The Seven Samurai Trailer on the second.

It has of course the worst speaker created , but the sound is obscenely excellent when played through your bluetooth headphones . 

 and the joojoo  

A year into tablet gaming , thegameveda no longer cries at night because Steve still refuses to send a complementary iPad  2 . Mr Jobs is probably busy with Apple now being the biggest brand in the world ...No , as long as my many Windows 7 tablets let me do stuff like in the videos above  , I can forstall  my evil scheme of getting hold of two Macbook Airs , taking them apart ,mashing them together and making my dream dual screen tablet  ( installing Windows 8 , this evil scheme  will of course have to wait until Steve goes ARM)


Incidentally 1 year of iOS gaming has left thegameveda without the most basic of gaming skills , it`s like Apple unlearns ya ! Like I have to click as well as point...wow that's way complicated ...there's a right click you say? well I never .


Throne of Darkness , which is not to be confused (!)  with the Kurasawa film Throne of Blood , is a classic , noted for the lengthy anime style cut scenes , and a unique resemblance to Diablo with Samurai ( no really ) , it satiated Diablo fans hunger for more Diablo on it`s release and it will do so again whilst ye wait for Diablo III ..... 


Once again you should be able to see just how  in the age of iOS and Android , a full OS  tablet can come into it`s own , thegameveda has simply too many classic games to give up on and  Windows 7 tablet users are people too ! 


Angry Birds may be cool for chat show hosts , but the hip square kids prefer full PC games ,  classics like Throne of Darkness and some have even been known to dally in a little  Sid Meier`s Alpha Centauri on their tablets..more on that later .....
