Whilst picking up Crysis 2 the Ltd Edition on Steam , you may notice the Gothic series , highly under rated but well worth around 300 hours of your time in RPG terms , staring at you with a massive 75 % off .
Now this is the logic I am using to convince myself to make a purchase : 1. it took 2 days to finish Dragon Age 2 , and the best part was playing it on my joojoo tablet. 2.Skyrim is an aeon away in gamefan time 3. Gothic and Gothic 2 are some of the finest rpgs you can find. With the original being closer to an adult Zelda (64) than any other PC RPG. 4. The cost of the bundle of games ( full games) is less than the cost of 1 of the upcoming DLC packs for Dragon Age 2
Ok that's me sold , seriously if you are a fan of Action RPG , this is an excellent series to get hold of, the original retail versions are still highly sought after by collectors and the bundle also contains the rare Gothic 2 Gold Edition .
Like all Steam sales these will be on sale again ,but you know when you are feeling down about the world and their pet snake Reggie taking down the Crysis 2 servers , it would be nice to be able to seek comfort in an entire series of Teutonic coded role playing games.
