Reviewing the Apple iPad 2 reviews and rejoining the fashionware IT crowd

like every good Barbarian I will be getting my iPad 2 from the newly opened Thulsa Doom Cimmerian Temple Store ...Crom!!!!!

T'is the eve of iPad 2.0 with all the tech blogs ,  in full fashion journalist wanabbee flow . Damning this years size zero thinner speedier iPad with fane praise proving their Apple cult credentials, stepping over one another to reach the Apple Temple altar,with reviews that gloss over the fact that it is still too slow to load web pages , does not do flash , there are better cameras on my old Eagle Eye Action Man (GI Joe to US cousins) ,it has a memory the size of a smart phone and half that of competitors , it has a lower res than others , crashes , still has that wonderful checkerboard pattern ,no sd card slot,USB 3 or fancy Thunderbolt, and in spite of this it is universally being hailed as the best tablet ever. Well it is clearly not , but it is from Apple so who cares ? This is not hardware , it is fashionware , a sycophantic meeting of everything that is worst about the fashion and technology industries... Apple simply feeds too many mouths for there to be objective reviews of it's products...lining too many US tech blogs coffers with its Mana... for now.. 


Am I bothered.. ..? ..Crom no! Fashionware victim/hypocrite that I am I will be getting an iPad 2 at some point.... But there needs to be balance , the current US blog system simply exists to promote Apple and then feed off their hard work , through Ad revenue and set piece school playground squabbles over bias. Reading the US blogs , the one thing there can be no argument over is their bias.If you notice it do not bother posting , that just feeds the beast , and their ad revenue , they do this every Apple launch...In the end it damages Apple's kudos ... you know like that extremely annoying friend that never has anything negative to say about you....to your face..


Apple iPad 2 is available to order online any time now in the USA just get to the store In the UK we have at least 14 more days to target our  British humour and famous sarcasm at Steve's latest , whilst we wait.... If you missed the riff check out the genius of Robert E Howard and  , the cult of Thulsa Doom in  the classic Conan The Barbarian and there is a real Apple Store which you can sleep outside of : the New York one , you would think they would provide iTents ....
