Thank heavens for Atlus , they always champion something original , if you recently celebrated Demon Souls 2nd birthday  , it was largely due to Atlus having both the guts to publish From Software`s modern  classic , and the decency to keep the games servers going that make the Demon Souls experience  so unique.


This year  Atlus is championing a new IP The Cursed Crusade , will it be another Demon Souls? Probably not , but what it will be is a breath of fresh air and originality , a random or free choice of a game purchase in a time where we otherwise have our games purchasing decisions made for us years in advance . Come on you know you would be preordering Modern Warfare 4 , Battlefield 4 , Elderscrolls  or Mario whatever if they let you ... so break your Imperial conditioning and make some time and space for something new .. you wouldn`t want to miss out on the next Demon or Dark Souls now would you?

Winter is Coming again with the Game of Thrones game from Atlus

Pre order Atlus`s Game of Thrones game for your PS3 and Xbox 360 now , with a brand as potent as  A Song of Ice and Fire, it is only a matter of time before there are more games based on the series than books and tv episodes combined. Lets just hope that future games including this Atlus iteration are  more potent than the lack lustre pc RTS effort released earlier this year....... and they have more of that dragon chick ...and imp dude

Persona 4 Golden intro putting the Vita back into the PS Vita

Persona 4 Golden is one of those AAA games that Sony correctly hopes will inject some much needed vitality into the PS Vita , of course there is nothing to stop Atlus releasing the series on iOS, Android or eventually even as a Windows 8 App , yes people there was a Persona game on PC. Of course none will look quite as cool as the beautifully portable OLED lit PS Vita version . Also at the measured rate Atlus move you could be waiting a few years before you see any other version.
