There are only 7 days to go before Platinum games Vanquish shows us it's TRULY combat evolved colours. Unlike the other cookie cutter annual mega sequels, it is a rare treat , a game you can PLAY with STYLE and SKILL  where you make your own Manga/Mech action. This is not a walk in the park on rails play through 5 hours on max setting , then be told to go play multiplayer with tweens  game. You are going to play these levels AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN ,  if you have the skill you already did so with the demo, or demos in Japan!. Vanquish is not just combat evolved it's true core  ,rewarding the talented and dedicated gamer and flooring the jaws of less adept onlookers . Play, and I mean not walk ,  the demo and you will see Vanquish is one of the only games that simply watching can never do justice to, but hey that doesn't prevent  Shinji Mikami and Platinum trying now does it? The greatest games are made thus , they are to be played as games , not as the on rails  parodies of action movies that many other franchises have become.

So lets Vanquish some with the new trailer , but I warn you the actual game simply blows away the trailer ..... into a zillion muticoloured bullet timed pieces.....that you`ll want to spin and spin and spin....with the joypad




And remember as with Bayonetta, this the 2nd great Platinum IP this year has  a very  limited edition , specifically the UK edition with Action figure which going to be amongst the most highly sought after games this year.  The craze , or insane hysteria , for Bayonetta Climax Edition and the Scarborough Fair replica continues to date , and I don`t see why the same will not happen come this time next week when ALL the limited edition Vanquish games are sold out! Plus look at the Action Figure  !

This is VANQUISH  the Limited edition with Action Figure , and the figure is so large the game has to come attached to the outside of the box . Shinji Mikami must really love the UK to give us both this and the Bayonetta Scarborough Fair exclusives , and this awesome action figure  it fits right into our Thunderbirds/Joe 90 Gerry Anderson based childhoods . No we don`t do Transfor...This is not a tiny action figure , its bigger than Snakes limited edition on a par with the Ezzio model from the Assassin's Creed 2 Black Edition .Whats more the Limited Edition of Vanquish comes with the impossible to photograph Lenticular sleeve , that's 3D WITHOUT glasses ...or a 3DS or a tv!, the PS3 version is region free and for Mikami san fans , and Platinum fans this is not to be missed
